Alexandra Burke Releases 'Elephant' Music Video And Cover Art

Former X Factor contestant and 2008 winner Alexandra Burke has released a new music video for her single 'Elephant', as well as the cover art.  After breaking out in the entertainment biz almost four years ago, the hit pop star is seen in her new video trying to mend her heavy heart after a break up as she parties her time away in exciting scenes with friends as confirmed by MJSBigBlog.

'Elephant' comes off of Burke’s upcoming second studio album.  Explaining the meaning behind the music video, the twenty-four year old also says she had a lot of fun.  “The concept of the video is really me showing my ex-boyfriend what he’s missing and now sees this new girl transformed because she’s broken up with him .  What I love about music videos is the fact that I get to have some fun.  It’s really nice way to just live with the song, perform it, have fun with it, and dance my little socks off.”

Burke also shared why she chose the title ‘Elephant’.  "It's based on the saying 'the elephant in the room'. It's about not discussing something you know needs to be discussed whether it's in a relationship or with friends or family," she said regarding the single.

The song, that also features artist Erick Morillo, will be released on Burke’s sophomore album due to hit shelves in the UK on Match 11th
