I live in Alexandria, Egypt and it is a coastal city which lies on the mediterranean sea. Alexandria is the second largest city in Egypt and the second most populous after Cairo. It has lots of places to go to, from the great library of Alexandria, no not the ancient one, it's the new one which was built in 2002. It holds thousands of books from around the world for people who are interested in reading. There are a few museums here too, like the greco-roman museum and the jewellery museum which was recently renovated. Malls, cinemas, restaurants like any other big city in the world and also there is a citadel at the far edge of the city by the sea. It is definitely a place to visit in Winter, it might be really hot for those not accustomed to high temperatures in summer, because it gets really hot and humid here in Summer so try to visit in Winter.
