A lot of people don’t even know that Alexis Denisof was in The Avengers. But oh, he was. He played “The Other” in the first of The Avengers‘ post-feature scenes, but it was hard to tell it was him underneath the layers of intense alien costuming. The first trailer for Joss Whedon's indie version of Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing has hit the web, and it's every bit as charming as we were hoping it would be.Shot at the director's home in Santa Monica over the course of 12 days, the black and white low-budget movie stars Whedon favorites Amy Acker and Alexis Denisof as Beatrice and Benedick. Alyson Hannigan (Willow on BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER) and her husband, Alexis Denisof (Wesley on ANGEL), are expecting their first child this spring.
