Flooding and Stuff

Have been getting ready for the big predicted flood that is coming. I went and helped Plattsmouth fill sand bags for a while one afternoon. It wasn’t that bad of work, I did ask others from where I work to come join me but no one showed up, now they are asking for help but I feel I did my part.

My wife, son and I have also been helping someone move her possessions out of her house to storage incase her house floods out. This has resulted in late nights but it is worth it for her peace of mind.

I guess this flood will be worse than the 93 flood. I am glad I live on top of a hill, although no place is safe from flooding.

I saw on line that we are bombing in Yemen now also. Although this is a solo operation being conducted by the US. We are supporting our friend, “President” Ali Abdullah Saleh, against the MILITANTS who are protesting against his long, corrupt stay in office, and demanding a change in government. We are also continuing to bomb Lybia in support of the REBELS in that country who are demanding a change in government. The crown prince of Bahrain, who’s country crushed, kidnapped and murdered peaceful protesters who were demanding a equal voice in government, is meeting Obama and thanking him for the U.S. support during their issues with TERRORISTS over the past few months.

It is funny how in Lybia the people fighting the government are rebels, in Yeman they are militants and in Bahrain they are terrorists. Lets see, Lybia has oil, Brahain has oil and Yemen in on the red sea.

I guess we are happy with Yemen’s and Bahrain’s leaders and not with Lybia’s leader so that is why they are classified that way. Either way, we are killing more people now than when Bush was President.
