Finally, after a year relationship, Collin Farrel and girlfriend, Alicja Bachleda appeared together in front of publics. They appeared together in New York for Wednesday’s Tribeca Film Festival for their movie premiere, Ondine. During the premiere until dinner party at Soho’s Beba restaurant, the couple seems avoiding public displays of affection.
In a chance, Alicja and Collin only elaborated about their role in the movie. As Alicja said about her role with her boyfriend, “We met on the set, and we were very professional and focused on our part and our jobs. The story itself is so beautiful … we really didn’t have time to get our true emotions [on screen].”
In the same time, Colllin also commented on his role in this film whom he tackles along with his girlfriend. “one of the hardest accents I had to do, because I felt a national obligation not to [muck] it up. Even though Ireland is a small island, there are a plethora of dialects. I was more familiar with the American accent watching T.J. Hooker in CHiPs than I was with the Irish accent in this particular town. It was a very kind of impenetrable accent.”
