Alison Armitage was born February 26, 1965, in London, England, but was raised in Hong Kong after her family relocated there when she was a mere 6 years old. Growing up in Hong Kong and living there for 20 years exposed Alison to various cultures and languages, making her desire to travel more understandable.In 1992, she made her first film appearance in Posing: Inspired by Three Real Stories credited as Brittany, as well as Wet & Wild IV, Secret Games as a nun, and Miracle Beach, all the same year. Alison also did her share of television show appearances; she appeared in Thunder in Paradise and One West Waikiki in 1994, and portrayed Cheryl, the dental hygienist in Seinfeld's "The Jimmy" episode -- by this point, she was credited as Alison Armitage. In 1997, Alison was cast in an episode of Silk Stalkings, and appeared in The New Adventures of Robin Hood in 1998, L.A. Heat in 1999, and most recently in Black Scorpion.
