Soap star Alison Sweeney was signing copies of her book The Mommy Diet at the LA Times Festival of Books this weekend. The Days of our Lives actress is also host of the Biggest Loser and definitely has some insight into the weight loss world. Sweeney said while at the book event that lots of moms put everyone else first and don't take good care of themselves. So, she helped design a book to help moms put themselves first and set good examples for their kids in the diet and health departments.
During the book event, Alison also talked about the upcoming Biggest Loser makeover episode! The actress says Tim Gunn is awesome on the episode and Gunn is the "nicest guy in Hollywood."
