Aliza Shvarts – Abortion Art?

Aliza Shvarts, an “artist” has generated quite some controversy with her senior art project on Yale.
She has documented a process of 9 months where she got pregnant by insemination and then took abortifacient drugs to induce miscarriages.

I say: WTF? Is people going crazy. What kid of art is this? This is another so-called artist that takes life into her own hands. Just remember Guillermo Vargas who tied a dog just to see him die and called this art.

Where is this World going to? I don’t think neither pro-life and pro-choice people can accept this kind of sickness.

Her exhibition will feature videos of the induced miscarriages and preserved collections of blood.

Whatever her motivations are, she is a completely sick woman. I mean, there are thousands of people who want to have a baby so badly and she induces her won miscarriages for a twisted version of art. I just hop all the buzz she is generating will serve to put these sick people under some kind of treatment.

I think the only one who should ave been aborted is Aliza Shvarts, she then should re-incarnate just to be aborted again.

Shvarts says, “It was a private and personal endeavor, but also a transparent one for the most part. This isn’t something I’ve been hiding.” Adding, that she believes “strongly that art should be a medium for politics and ideologies, not just a commodity. I think that I’m creating a project that lives up to the standard of what art is supposed to be.”

Well… these news had gotten me really angry. What do you think about this?
