J.R. Martinez, a burned Iraq veteran and actor who won “Dancing with the Stars” in November, will return to San Antonio for a free public appearance Wednesday night. Martinez also has appeared on “The Oprah Winfrey Show” and “60 Minutes,” and has portrayed a combat veteran in the daytime soap opera “All My Children.”
