Sarah Gilbert and her partner of 10 years, Allison Alder have split. But what's the story behind the 44-year-old Glee writer?Reps for Gilbert and Adler said the split was "completely amicable." But they didn't explain Alder's bio, which is why we're here to do just that!
Born in 1967, Allison Beth Adler is an American producer and writer. Having written for Family Guy and Chuck in the past, she was recently hired on to lend her talents to Glee.
Despite her writing abilities, Adler remains best known for her relationship with actress Sara Gilbert. The two of them raised a son, Levi Hank, and a daughter, Sawyer. Although they've broken up, they share joint custody of their children.
