Eligibility:

Participation open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excluding its territories, possessions) who are thirteen (13) years of age or older as of the date of entry.

End Date:

June 11, 2010 at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT

Entry Frequency:

Only one entry per person.

Prizes:

One (1) Grand Prize winner shall receive:
• Three (3) tickets to attend the Allison Iraheta concert, scheduled to take place at New York, New York on June 23, 2010 (“Concert”);
• Three (3) round trip airline tickets (economy coach class) from the major airport nearest winner’s hometown to a New York-area airport (as determined by Sponsor). If the winner lives within One Hundred (100) miles of New York, New York, Sponsor may substitute ground transportation for air transportation. Winner and travel companion will depart on June 23, 2010 and will return on June 24, 2010;
• One (1) night’s hotel accommodation for three (3) people (standard, two rooms, double occupancy) near or in New York, NY;
Approximate combined retail value of all prizes is Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($3,500.00)
