Development of skin:

Later these cells migrate to their dermoepidernal junction and differentiate into melanocytes. The differentiation of melanoblasts into melanocytes involves the formation of pigment granules.

Vitiligo is a skin colorless disease. The color of the skin is due to a pigment called melanin. It is more colored people than among white. It is suggested that the pigment increases, when the parts are exposed to sun ultra violets rays.
