You've got to plan ahead and thaw the turkey and brine a day before you serve it, so start prepping now!
The target brine time for the turkey is 12 hours, flipping once halfway through. Then the turkey cooks for about 2 and a half hours, until it's ready to be carved and enjoyed, after it rests for 15 minutes, of course!
