Amanda Knox confessed to murdering her roommate Meredith Kercher but then told police that her confession was not correct and that she's actually innocent. The victim, Meredth Kercher was a college-aged student who was studying in Italy and who allegedly refused to take part in a sex "orgy" with Amanda Knox two Italian guys that she brought back to their apartment.
