Amanda Knox is suspected in the slaying of Meredith Kercher while the two students were in Italy. According to Italian prosecutors, Amanda Knox allegedly tried to convince Meredith Kercher to join a sexual orgy, and when Meredith declined, Amanda stabbed her with a pocket knife.
Knox, her boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito, 23, and Patrick Diya Lumumba, a 37-year-old bar owner, have been arrested and are being held pending charges of murder and sexual assault.
