Amber Hay is the latest to grace the cover of Joe Francis’ Girls Gone Wild magazine, posing with a guitar and not much else. Hay, an obscure actress who has played small parts in several movies, including “Ocean’s 13” with George Clooney and Brad Pit, apparently paid the ultimate price to get into Francis’ good graces.
