Yesterday, Mets reliever Ambiorix Burgos was being sought by authorities after allegedly being involved in a hit-and-run accident in the Dominican Republic that killed two people. Mets minor league reliever Ambiorix Burgos has been charged with pummeling his girlfriend at a hotel near Shea Stadium, authorities said.
