Season two winner of 'Rock of Love', Ambre Lake, claims that people close to Bret has said the Poison's lead vocalist is conscious.

Poison was indeed rushed to intensive care for brain hemorrhage, TMZ reported that the rocker is "awake, in good spirits and talking."
The site claimed to get the info from season two winner of Bret's "Rock of Love", Ambre Lake. The reality show's winner stated that she has spoken with people close to the rocker who said that he's "stabilized and conscious". According to TMZ, her statement is in tune with what was noted by another contestant who has also spoken with Bret's bandmates.
Bret Michaels was rushed to hospital late Thursday night, April 22 after suffering from an excruciating headache. An insider told People magazine that the doctors discovered he suffered a bleeding at the base of his brain stem which is also known as subarachnoid hemorrhage. The next 24 to 48 hours are considered critical for the 47-year-old rocker.
The insider explained, "After several CAT scans, MRIs and an angiogram, [doctors] decided to keep Michaels in the ICU and are running several tests to determine the cause. [It] will be touch and go for the next few days while he is under intense observation." Although confirming the news, his reps kept details under tight wrap, "We will have no additional information until further testing is done."
