Amory Lovins in the chairman and chief scientist at the Rocky Mountain Institute. He describes the Rocky Mountain Institute as a "think and do tank". Amory Lovins has written several books including Winning the Oil Game. He is best known for his work on sustainability in building design and transportation.
It's not news that Amory Lovins opposes the expansion of nuclear power -- it was gnawed over here at Grist quite a bit.
