Amy Locane Bovenizer An actress Amy Locane, who emerged on the TV show “Melrose Place,” was accused Thursday on charges halted from a mortal car crash in New Jersey. According to the reports, the 39 years old Amy Locane-Bovenizer of Hopewell is charged with upset manslaughter and attack by auto.

The official reports said that Locane-Bovenizer, who altered her name after getting married in 2008, was driving drunk June 27 when she destroyed her SUV into the passenger side of a sedan as it was turning into a driveway in Montgomery Township, NJ, regarding 10 miles north of Princeton. The driver, Fred Seeman, was hospitalized in vital situation; his wife Helene died at the scene.

Authorities said that the collapse was really Amy’s 2nd accident of the night; she was already supposed of rear-ending another car and escaped the site before the other driver could call police.

She has been released on $50,000 bail. Her barrister did not return an after-hours message in quest of comment. Locane-Bovenizer took part in Sandy Louise Harling on the 1st season of ‘Melrose Place’ in 1992.
