Amy Beck is the teacher in Burbank, Calif. who turned herself in for having an affair with a middle school student, and will be staying in prison until she appears next in court on March 25. She turned herself in to authorities about her relationship with a 14-year-old recently.

The 33-year-old Beck resigned from her teaching position before turning herself in, and apparently does not plan on posting the $175,000 bail. She is married and has 3 children.
When she appears in court, she'll be facing four counts of unlawful sex with a person under 16 and one count of oral copulation with a person under 16. She could face up to 7 years in prison if she is found guilty.
