Amy Winehouse Cancels Homecoming Concert in London

The ultra-troubled singer-songwriter has backed out of a concert to be held in London next weekend, a gala performance held in honor of her record label Island's 50th anniversary.

Winehouse rep's said that the singer was complaining of chest pains, and is simply heeding doctor's recommendations that she take it easy for a spell. Her record label put out the following statement:
Amy Winehouse's management has regretfully announced that Amy and her band will no longer be performing at the Shepherd's Bush Empire. Amy would like to apologize to her fans who bought tickets for the shows. This, of course, comes just weeks after her disastrous attempt to perform in St. Lucia. While she officially blamed lighting and tech problems on cutting her performance short, on-the-scene reports say Winehouse forgot many of her lyrics, and was booed by an angry audience.
