Google has changed their favicon on 9 Jan 2009. I just found out it today after I came back from my Genting highland trip. They actually changed it once before in June 2008, now again they change it to the new one. You may found out the new favicon will appear on your address bar, tab and the title bar of the browser.   The favicon is actualy choosen from the Google favicon contest.
