Ben Roethlisberger Settles Sexual Assault Lawsuit
Ben Roethlisberger settled his lawsuit with Andrea McNulty, who filed a civil suit against him after he allegedly forced her to have sex with him (a/k/a rape) in his hotel room.
Ben was staying in the Harrah’s Hotel in Lake Tahoe in 2008 when he asked Andrea, who worked for the hotel, to come up to his room to fix his TV.
Once in the room, Ben allegedly forced himself on her and raped her.
Andrea said that after the dirty deed was done (and probably done quickly), Ben became a super ass and kicked her out of the room, but not before allegedly saying: “If anyone asks you, you fixed my television. You fixed my television. Now go!”
What an ass, allegedly.
Of course Ben denied everything but he still decided to settle so the he could move on from the lawsuit.
I’m sure Ben’s wife is thankful that this is all over with. Ben married Ashley Harlan on July 23, 2011.
