NY Governor Andrew Cuomo's State of the State: Building a NEW NY... with YOU!
The Gov is very guru-ish when he gives his adresses/speeches/pep talks. He is funny, enthusiastic, persuasive and charming. But I wonder what has made Andrew so different from his predecessors. How has he been able to make lemonade out of all their old lemons? He forges ahead along pathways where others have tripped and fallen. Coul his power simply be the "power of self-belief"?
These are just snippets of what I was thinking while my recorder was taking all the words in... Near the end of the program, I was shivering! I put my coat back on!
As I was looking thru the various pictures I took at the SOS, this one (below) caught my eye - the lighting is interesting - and the picture was one snapped incidentally, as my shutter switch sometimes double-triggers. This photo of a reporter taking notes was captured after I turned my cellphone to the side as I was writing in my notebook. Cool the way there's a blue halo around the notes she's reading! These uniquely lit pics always happen by accident!
