Andrew Gallo, 22, was the driver of a mini-van that allegedly ran a red light around 12:30 AM April 9, 2009, striking two cars. One of those cars was a silver Mitsubishi driven by 20-year-old Cal State Fullerton cheerleader Courtney Stewart, and containing 22-year-old Angels pitcher Nick Adenhart. One other passenger was killed in the car and one survived.
