Andrew Meyer is a University of Florida student who got hit with a taser by police at speech by John Kerry. Andrew Meyer wqas trying to ask one last question after time was up. He got animated, refused to calm down when police tried to apprehend him, and ultimately got hit by a taser. Students at the U of Florida have been protesting the use of police tasers.

Andrew Meyer has been charged by police and is now recovering. But his taser incident has sparked a national debate about the use of police tasers.
