The Directors Guild is set to announce its nominations for Outstanding Achievement in Feature Film on Thursday, but according to the L.A. Times' Tom O'Neil, Wall-E helmer Andrew Stanton has been inexplicably ruled ineligible on the count that his movie is animated.
