Andrew Swank, a high school football player in Spokane, Washington. He passed away after suffering a blow to the head during a Friday night game at the age of 16. Swank was taken to Sacred Heart Medical Center, where he underwent surgery to relieve pressure in his brain. He died on Sunday night.

Swank, a junior defensive back, played for Valley Christian School. He was playing against Washtucna High School, when he suffered a hard hit from an opposing player. He walked to the sideline under his own power, before collapsing. He was airlifted to a nearby hospital.
His family has announced that Swank is donating his organs, "so others' lives can be saved."
