LAPD is currently looking to question Andy Dick, after a Hollywood tourist alleged that Andy grabbed him by the collar and tried to take his camera after he tried to take a photo of Andy. He said that Andy fled the scene after the incident.

Cops think that the incident may have been caught on tape, and are looking for the footage.
