Poor, poor Andy House. The guy bought a $2 million prize car, only for it to end up drowning in a lagoon. House, a native of Lufkin, Texas, accidentally drove his Bugatti Veyron EB -- the most expensive car on the market, famed for its impressive speed -- into a salt water marsh because, according to USAToday.com, he was busy checking out "a low-flying pelican."
