Angaleena Presley left a big impression on country music fans during the American Country Awards on Monday night. Presley is one third of the Pistol Annies along with Miranda Lambert and Ashley Monroe, and she stood out when the trio performed during the show's broadcast.The tall raven-haired singer looked nearly Amazonian onstage next to the tiny Miranda Lambert. Her big curls and tobacco burst acoustic guitar were in keeping with the trio's throwback style, which has won them acclaim for singles like "Hell on Heels," which is also the name of their album.
Following the Annies performance on the American Country Awards, fans went looking for more of the band's performance on iTunes, and on Tuesday the album was sitting at the top of the iTunes Country Music chart. Presley thanked her fans in a Tweet: "Thank you fans for driving our album back to #1.... you all mean the world to us." Watch the video for "Hell on Heels" below.
