Angie Jackson, 27, decided she's going to "demystify" abortion for other women, so she took to Twitter to let people know the play-by-play of her experience taking the abortion pill RU-486. It's made some abortion opponents a little upset.
Angie Jackson (ABCnews.go.com) She used the name "antitheistangie" on February 21 to tweet about her abortion, according to ABC. She wrote things like: "Cramps are getting a bit more persistent," followed by, "Definitely bleeding now" a few hours later.
The mother of a 4-year-old special needs child said she was using an IUD as birth control, but it failed. "I had made a decision when my son was born to try to not get pregnant again, and if that failed I'd planned that I would get an abortion if I needed one," Jackson said.
