A 43 year-old Southern California mother is due in court on Friday over charges that she had sex with a 12 year-old boy. Patricia Ann Serrano of Fountain Valley was arrested Tuesday after the mother of the victim alerted authorities about suspicious behavior between Serrano and her son, reports the Los Angeles Times.
