Anna Hansen and Lance Armstrong are expecting a child this June.Anna Hansen and Lance Armstrong will be welcoming a child into the world next month.
It will be Hansen's first child, and the fourth for Armstrong.

Anna Hansen, the girlfriend of Lance Armstrong, is due to give birth in June 2009. Hansen is not a celebrity and is a Program manager for First Descents, an organization that provides whitewater kayaking and other outdoor adventure experiences to promote emotional, psychological and physical healing for young adults with cancer. Hansen met Armstrong through his time doing charity work, and they’ve been dating since 2008.
