The Los Angeles Times reports that three photos on Anna Nicole Smith's hard drive at the time of her death show Smith and her therapist, Eroshevich, naked together, embracing in a bathtub. Also in question is the conduct of Dr.
Sandeep Kapoor, who was photographed shirtless and nuzzling the late model. Smith died in 2007 with 9 different prescription drugs in her system. A Florida medical examiner labeled her death "acute combined drug intoxication."
Kapoor and Eroshevich both face charges of irresponsibly prescribing drugs to Smith that they knew could end in her death. Kapoor has a Studio City practice where he prescribed drugs for Smith under aliases and Eroshevich lived next door to her.

Five days after Smith's son, Daniel, died in the Bahamas, Smith was given a prescription that included 300 tablets of methadone, 2 types of sedatives, a muscle relaxer, an anti-inflammatory drug and four bottles of a painkiller nicknamed "hospital heroin." The pharmacist who received the order remembers thinking, "They are going to kill her with this."
The pharmacist contacted Smith's internist and said he had no inention of filling a prescription that amounted to "pharmaceutical suicide." 5 months later, Smith was found dead from an overdose of prescription drugs.
