Popular Arkansas TV anchor Anne Pressly dies following brutal beating
Popular Arkansas anchor woman, Anne Pressly, died over the week from injuries she sustained after being attacked in her home.
Doctors had said they were optimistic about Anne's stable condition while she was being treated in a local hospital.
Police are calling Pressly's attack "random," and no suspects have been taken into custody.
Pressly was found by her mother just 30 minutes before she was scheduled to go on the air for the morning news. Her mother decided to go check on her after Anne didn't answer her usual wake-up call.
The television station where she worked, KATV, has reactions from her fans and friends.
