Eurythmics “Sweet Dreams” performed at finale of UK casting show The X Factor

Rebecca Ferguson (about whom chief judge Simon Cowell said “You have enormous potential… I’ve got a feeling about you.”) performed her interpretation of Eurythmics über-hit “Sweet Dreams (Are Made Of This) at the X Factor live final last weekend. Unfortunately she didn’t win but her male opponent Matt Cardle.

Interesting about this performance is that Annie Lennox expressed in the past months more than once that she dislikes X Factor very much (e.g. here or here).
