Annika Sorenstam, Female Golfer, Gives Birth To Girl

Annika Sorenstam, who many consider to be the world's best female golfer, announced via her twitter page that she gave birth to a baby girl this morning. It is her first child with husband Mike McGee. According to the AP, Sorenstam retired from the LPGA last year to pursue a family and business. She had 72 victories during her career and 10 major titles. Sorenstam and her daughter are reportedly doing very well.
