1. Do not walk up to the counter talking on your cell phone. I don’t care if you can still order while carrying on a conversation. It makes it difficult for the person taking your order, aside from being flat out RUDE.
2.If you don’t know what you want, step aside. Let the people behind you go first. Do not look at the menu for a full 2 minutes and keep saying “ummmm, ummm.” That’s not progress.
