The New York Times rocked a story about Chivas USA midfielder Jorge Flores today. He's an 18 year old on the squad who is known as "Sueo" (which means dream) to his teammates and friends. At the end of last season, Chivas USA striker Ante Razov downplayed the likelihood of returning to the club and in the off-season was connected to Mexican team Leon. I hate to say it, but Chivas USA is “technically” one of the worst teams in the history of MLS. They have never won the MLS Cup or a Supporters Shield; in fact, they have never made it past the quarterfinals in the playoffs. They also have never advanced past the Round of 16 in the US Open Cup. Chivas USA beat a severely depleted Toronto FC 3-1 Saturday afternoon. Daniel Paladini, briefly a Galaxy player, scored his first-ever MLS goal for Chivas USA just before half time and Los Alamitos' Jonathan Bornstein added the second half winner.
