Following yesterday's debut of the film's Cannes teaser poster comes word, via The Hollywood Reporter , that Sir Anthony Hopkins is negotiating to joing the cast of Summit Entertainment's upcoming RED 2 . Set to hit theaters on August 2, 2013, RED 2 features the return of Bruce Willis, John Malkovich, Mary-Louise Parker and Helen Mirren with new roles for Catherine Zeta-Jones and Byung-Hun Lee. As films continue to evolve, Sir Anthony Hopkins has remained the constant. His versatility in the art of acting is a rarity in this day and age, and if he joins the cast of Red 2 he will be joining a cast who has more than a few miles on their careers.
