Dysfunctional Congress the butt of anger from Americans...

Record Anger: A Broken Congress, NEW Democrat does nothing Congress has faltered to a NEW LOW/Among Poor Presidential Performance, could it be a 1964 “Seven Days in May” in our MIDSTS?

A possible American backlash of outstanding proportions may persist after the next election if things persist as they are…

Whether by VOTES or a bloodless revolution, if Congress and presidents persists in their refusal to listening in American needs, jobs and security financial concerns, and our economy after the 2008 elections we might just end up living the true reality of Burt Lancaster and Kirk Douglas 1964’ “Seven Days in May” A fictional military overthrow of our political government.

But this time it wont be the military that will be doing it to them, it may be done by the people that this government seems to have forgotten and so often ignored and their numbers are growing daily with these dissatisfactions.

The 1964 Seven Days in May - The story takes place when the cold war is in full bloom and the president and congress have entered into a treaty with the Soviet Union in which each country has agreed to destroy its nuclear arsenal. The treaty is highly unpopular with the citizens of the United States and with the military. There is a strong belief that the Soviets will not honor the treaty and will eventually attack the defenseless United States.

General Scott and members of the Joint Chiefs of Staff hatch a plot to overthrow the constitutionally elected government of the United States. Colonel Casey discovers this plot and he reports it to the president. The rest of the movie shows the attempts of the president and a small group of his advisors trying to stop the coup. http://www.destgulch.com/movies/7days/

Poll: 75 percent disapprove of Congress' performance From Sasha Johnson and Paul Steinhauser

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Americans think Congress is doing a pretty lousy job, according to a poll released Friday. "On the big issues of the day, Congress doesn't seem to be doing very much," CNN's polling director says.

The approval rating for all members of Congress sits at a dismal 22 percent, according to the CNN/Opinion Research Corp. poll. About 75 percent of those surveyed said they disapprove of the way Congress is handling its job.

A year ago, a similar poll found the numbers to be 28 percent approval, 63 percent disapproval.

"The big issues of the day just don't seem to be being addressed," said Sarah Binder, a political science professor at George Washington University who studies Congress. "The issues that matter most to people -- the economy, health care, the environment and the larger war in Iraq -- it is so difficult for Congress to move on those issues that I believe the public looks and says, 'Why aren't they doing anything?' "

Approval of congressional Democrats stands at 43 percent, twice that of Congress in general. The flip side, however, is that Democrats who control Congress still face a disapproval rating of 51 percent, a figure that has increased 11 percentage points since March. "The ratings for Congress overall have been mired in the mid- to low 20s for several months, but for most of the year, Americans have had a positive view of the Democrats in Congress," said CNN polling director Keating Holland. "That's not true any longer -- this poll is the first time we have found majority disapproval for the Democratic leaders' track record since they took control of Congress."

"I think it is important to remember that when Congress performs well, when it actually addresses the big issues of the day, it tends to be rewarded in the public's view of Congress," Binder said. "If today's approval ratings are down in the dumps, we probably shouldn't be surprised. On the big issues of the day, Congress doesn't seem to be doing very much” Adds Holland, "The problem is that the dwindling popularity of the congressional Democrats will probably only make it harder for them to score any legislative victories -- which is probably the only way to turn their approval numbers around."

With the overall congressional approval rating down 6 points from last October, how likely is a repeat next year of what happened in last year's midterm elections, when Democrats won back control of both houses of Congress?

CNN senior political analyst Bill Schneider said anything is possible."No one is betting that the Democrats will lose their majorities in the House and Senate," he said, "but when anti-Washington sentiment is as high as it is now, politics is very unpredictable."

While the middle class American spending power is declining, people losing their homes at record levels, price of gasoline going up. Jobs going to China and Mexico and record breaking recalls on foreign made products mainly toys made by Mattel Corp outsourcing to Chinese factories, imports with high record levels of intoxicants like lead and other dangerous chemicals endangering our own children to dog food poisonings imports from China that occurred earlier this year, lackluster reforms in stemming illegal aliens influx into our country… this American government has seriously lost touch, the sanctity and trust of the American people.

What’s worse is that on a daily basis Americans are losing industrial jobs to abroad sweat shops like China and at the same time these IDIOTIC politicians Democrats and the likes of this American Imbecile President George Bush that keep allowing illegal aliens to come here and taking more of our jobs away! It’s almost like sending jobs abroad wasn’t enough for these brainless breeds its just borderline lunacy folks!

Our failing educational system, stealing funds away from our future in providing better education for our very own children by using useless wasteful multimillion dollar perks for the United States Chamber of Commerce and politicians home states.

We are just about our belly full of this idiocy and crap that we are being given by these bunch of out of touch slime balls politicians that only cater to corporate America and special interest groups that don’t represent mainstream Americans. Typical cronyisms and politics as usual, that constantly plagues our political structure, the sellouts and selling off our nation out of sheer greed.

President Bush wonders what kind of legacy he will leave behind; one thing that comes to mind is his IDIOTIC anemic management style that has practically brought this country into its worst political CHAOS in American history. Without a DOUBT this is the sorriest and WORST president ever in the annals of American History and this Democratic Congress leadership is far WORSE…
