Antwan Barnes was fined $25k for bumping into the ref in the game against the Oakland Raiders last week (that game seems like ages ago) according to ESPN. Barnes got a little too froggy in that game while making a tackle and had an unsportsmanlike conduct flag on him and then was thrown out of the game on that play.
