No. If it’s truly appendicitis, she’d need a doc immediately

Appendicitis does not mean you have to have your appendix removed, mates. The answer is yes, as anywhere in the body you can get pains and get well again. This particular situation is known to us as a ‘grumbling’ appendix. It does, however, need to be checked by her PC doctor as soon as possible as a ruptured appendix can be life threatening.

No, there is only one treatment for true appendicitis: surgery.
Now, that being said, there are a lot of things that can cause abdominal pain.
And there are a lot of people who fake being sick.
