There are plenty home remedies for dandruff treatment in our kitchen. Apple Cider Vinegar has been used for centuries as dandruff treatment. The acidity of the vinegar helps to stabilize the pH balance of the scalp and kills the fungus that causes dandruff. First wash your hair with a mild, pH-balanced shampoo. Mix apple cider vinegar and warm water in a one-to-two ratio. You can use stronger solution like a one-to-one ratio of apple cider vinegar to water or undiluted apple cider vinegar for cases of more stubborn dandruff. Apply the mixture directly onto your scalp, massage it in and leave it to dry or about 15 minutes. Then wash your hair using a mild, pH-balanced shampoo.

You can also mix 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar with 6 teaspoons of water, and apply it on your scalp before going to bed. Apply the same solution in the morning before washing it off.

We can make other home remedy for dandruff treatment by mixing two tablespoons of curd with three drops of honey and three drops of lemon juice. Apply the mixture to the scalp, leave on for fifteen minutes, and then scrub for fifteen minutes.
