Today I read that the Chupacabra which first appeared in Puerto Rico has made an appearance in south Florida. How exactly does an as yet unidentified blood sucking creature make its way from Puerto Rico to Florida? Can chupacabras fly long distances? I can't make out anything at all in this video, that's why I'm posting about it. Why would someone go through the trouble to write up a good description and story behind a video, only to not be able to make out anything. I don't know, if anyone can make out anything please let us know. The video has a lot of image noise and from the description what they saw was human like only larger and had light-brown hair and took off when they tried to approach.
