Four teenagers have been arraigned in the shocking gang rape case that has horrified the entire nation. Arrests continue to be made today in the case of a brutal gang rape that occurred outside a homecoming dance in Richmond, California. Among those arrested is 21-year-old Salvador Rodriguez.
