Well, the first wave of free agency has come and gone without much change to the Vikings roster. Their signing of Kickoff Specialist Rhys Lloyd and the departures of Artis Hicks and Chester Taylor hardly signify major roster overhaul.  While significant, the lack of offseason activity has left many Vikings fans more eager than ever for this year’s NFL Draft.
