If lint or dirt is on a suede mat it can be removed easily by using a disposable sponge brush.  Simply brush in a rotating motion to remove the mark. To reduce the chance of lint and dirt returning use an Anti-Static Brush such as the Kinetronics Anti-Static Brush (25S).
